ManyChat Integration: Subscriber Sync between Odoo and ManyChat

This module connects your Odoo contacts to ManyChat, allowing you to export customers, check their subscription status, and manage subscribers automatically and securely.

  • Automatic Export: Sync Odoo contacts to ManyChat with one click.
  • Subscriber Status Check: Verify active/inactive status directly from the partner form.
  • Centralized Configuration: Set API Key and import permissions in Company settings.

Module Configuration

Set API Key & Permissions

Go to Settings → Companies and fill in:
– ManyChat API Key
– Allow Phone/Email Import (optional, for fallback)

On the customer form you will now see two new buttons:

  • Export to ManyChat: Send or update the contact in ManyChat.
  • Check ManyChat Status: Verify if the subscriber is active or inactive.
